Due to the perishable nature of our food products, Glico Official Shop only accepts returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please initiate your request within 7 days of delivery to ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon delivery, carefully check your snacks and confectionery for any signs of damage or incorrect items before opening the individual packaging.
Contact Customer Support
Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods or the incorrect product received.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your claim is verified, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
Refund or Replacement
After processing your request, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
